2. Payments Payments for our services are due as per the payment schedule mentioned in the project agreement. We accept no liability for delays caused by overdue payments.
3. No Guarantees While we strive to deliver the best possible results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, including website traffic, search rankings, or conversion rates.
4. Intellectual Property All content, designs, and strategies provided by D2 Marketing System are the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients may use materials only for their intended purposes.
5. Client Responsibilities Clients must provide accurate, up-to-date information needed for project completion. D2 Marketing System is not responsible for any delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information from the client.
6. Confidentiality We respect your confidentiality. Any information shared with us will remain private and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except as required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability D2 Marketing System is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages that may result from using our services. Our total liability shall be limited to the fees paid for the specific project.
8. Termination Either party may terminate the agreement by giving written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for any services rendered up to the termination date.
9. Amendments We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes implies your acceptance of the updated terms.
